Our Team

Richard R. Cech, Jr.,


Richard is a principal of the firm Key Financial Group, Inc. His primary focus is to utilize his ten plus years financial advisor experience to help individuals and businesses develop and achieve their financial goals.

These services are complemented by Richardís other position as the President of Cech, Rosso and Company, P.C., a full service Certified Public Accounting firm. As a licensed Certified Public Account who also holds a CVA certification from the National Association of Valuation Analysts, he has the professional knowledge and experience to work with clients on complex tax and business planning issues.

In 2012, Richard was approved as a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.

Richard is a graduate from Walsh College with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree.

Richard is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).


Amanda M. Bruss

Amanda is an associate of Key Financial Group, Inc. She began her career in the financial industry in 2001 at John Hancock Financial Network. During her time there, she worked with City of Detroit employees, retirees, and their families to assess their financial position and generate a comprehensive plan to meet their personal and financial goals.

Amanda is currently pursuing a Master of Science in psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn where she also previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.

In honor of her outstanding achievements, in 2008 she was recognized at the John Hancock Financial Network annual award convention as one of their top 200 Financial Advisors**. Amanda lives in Oakland Township.
